Immediately following the Flood, The Bloomsburg Fair worked frantically to make decisions about the condition of the grounds. As you can see in these pictures taken not more than a few hours after the water receded, what they found was a total disaster. These photos were taken by Harry Watts Photography and shared with The Bloomsburg Daily by director Bill Barratt. We felt as though it was important to share this perspective and make these photos as widely available as possible.
